Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a broad and ambitious curriculum to students in Years 7 to 13.
- Design and deliver well-prepared, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Prepare and update subject materials and contribute to assessments, reports, and references.
- Ensure the integration of ICT, Literacy, Numeracy, and subject specialism into teaching.
- Maintain discipline and promote a positive, structured classroom environment.
- Support the school's vision through collaboration and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- A relevant subject degree and experience of working in a secondary school.
- Strong people skills and the ability to inspire confidence and respect.

- A proven ability to raise student achievement and attainment.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
- Experience in a multi-academy trust environment.
- Familiarity with the DRET Way and its educational philosophy.
- Experience in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
