Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience of teaching to GCSE standard.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Experience in innovation and creativity to engage and motivate learners.
Preferred
- Experience working in a faith-based or leadership-focused school setting.
- Demonstrated success in raising pupil outcomes in disadvantaged communities.
