The Opportunity:

As a Maths Teacher Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting high-achieving pupils through academic interventions, enrichment activities, and maths masterclasses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to small groups and whole classes.
  • Provide academic support and enrichment to high-attaining students through masterclasses and interventions.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers and the Teaching & Learning Team to enhance your practice.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning culture.
  • Support the school’s mission to ensure all students have the opportunity to flourish academically and socially.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
  • Work closely with students to inspire a love of mathematics and encourage academic success.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of curriculum-related activities and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A relevant graduate degree in mathematics or a related field.
  • A strong commitment to education and making a difference in students’ lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or mentoring.
  • Familiarity with maths education and curriculum development.
  • Experience with academic interventions or enrichment programs.
  • Previous involvement in education or community-based initiatives.
