The Opportunity:
As a Maths Teacher Graduate, you will play a key role in supporting high-attaining pupils through academic interventions, enrichment activities, and maths masterclasses. This is a unique two-year pathway that includes a guaranteed interview for the teacher training programme, offering a clear route into a teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging maths lessons to small groups and whole classes.
- Provide academic support and enrichment activities to enhance student achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement maths masterclasses.
- Support the development of students’ mathematical skills and confidence.
- Work closely with the pastoral team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Contribute to the school’s mission of providing equal opportunities for all students.
- Monitor and report on student progress and achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A relevant graduate degree in mathematics or a related subject.
- A strong commitment to education and making a difference in students’ lives.
