Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that motivate students of all abilities
- Use assessment effectively to track progress, identify misconceptions and support student achievement
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental collaboration
- Support students in building confidence and achieving strong outcomes in Maths
- Work as part of a team focused on raising standards and accelerating improvement
- Implement evidence-based classroom strategies and behaviour management techniques
- Participate in professional development and mentoring programmes

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant Maths experience
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Experience of teaching across a range of abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Preferred
- Experience with SEND, Pupil Premium, EAL or Children in Care students
- Experience in curriculum development and collaborative planning
- Familiarity with research-informed teaching methods
- Leadership potential or experience in middle or senior roles
