Key Responsibilities:

- Support the school’s commitment to developing character and providing a broad range of experiences for students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and improve teaching and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
- Participate in the school’s CPD programme and contribute to staff development.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at the appropriate level.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and improving student outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience in a school with a strong focus on student behaviour and learning.
- Experience of working in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Experience of working with diverse student groups and supporting inclusion.
