- Work collaboratively with department leaders and colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for departmental improvement.
- Foster a love of mathematics and support students in achieving excellent outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
- Contribute to the continued success of a high-performing mathematics department.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified teacher with experience in mathematics education.
- Strong subject knowledge in mathematics across all age and ability ranges.
