Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that promote deep understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
- Develop and implement a knowledge-rich curriculum that aligns with the school’s high academic standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to help students improve.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Maths department.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and leadership skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a good honours degree in Mathematics.
- Experience in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental development.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and digital tools in education.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
