Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality maths lessons that engage and inspire students.
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support student learning.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of maths education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
Strong knowledge of the maths curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student welfare and behaviour management.

Preferred

Experience in teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and 4.
Experience with inclusion and differentiated instruction.
Familiarity with using technology in the classroom.
Experience in pastoral care or student support.
