Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant Maths subject knowledge.
  • Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
  • Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
  • Commitment to student progress and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing and delivering innovative Maths teaching strategies.
  • Familiarity with research-based teaching and learning practices.
  • Experience in working within a school trust or multi-academy arrangement.
  • Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation.
  • Experience with pastoral care and student support.
