Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant Maths subject knowledge.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
- Commitment to student progress and achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and delivering innovative Maths teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with research-based teaching and learning practices.
- Experience in working within a school trust or multi-academy arrangement.
- Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation.
