Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons at all levels, ensuring student engagement and academic progress.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Provide pastoral support and mentorship to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice and career growth.
- Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and data analysis to monitor student progress and achievement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and cognitive science principles.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and student achievement.
- Experience in contributing to extra-curricular activities and student support programmes.
Preferred
- Experience in teaching Maths to a range of abilities and levels.
- Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate or A-Levels curriculum.
- Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes and attainment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
