Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons using a traditional teaching approach and powerful knowledge.

  • Maintain a warm and strict behaviour system to ensure a focused learning environment.

  • Assist with centralised administrative tasks such as detentions and homework support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Mathematics.
  • Experience in teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
  • Commitment to a knowledge-rich curriculum and traditional teaching methods.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Rosenshine’s principles of instruction and Lemov’s ‘Teach Like A Champion’ methodology.
  • Previous experience in a school with a strong focus on behaviour and learning.
  • Interest in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities.
