Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging Mathematics lessons that challenge and motivate students.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that improve student outcomes and learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a well-structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Support the personal and academic development of students through pastoral care and mentorship.
  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience, preferably in Mathematics.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Experience in delivering high-quality lessons and achieving positive student outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take on leadership responsibilities where appropriate.
  • Fluency in spoken English.

Preferred

  • Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
  • Experience in working within a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
  • A track record of recent success in improving student achievement and engagement.
  • Experience in mentoring or leading other teachers.
