Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance departmental performance and share best practices.

- Stay up to date with developments in mathematics education and incorporate new teaching strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS.
- Experience teaching mathematics at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver a challenging and engaging curriculum.
- Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
Preferred
- Experience with extra-curricular activities or leadership roles.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
