Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students of all abilities.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that support student achievement.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Support the school’s mission by fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in professional development and school initiatives to improve teaching and learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Relevant degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Preferred
- Experience in delivering Maths to a range of abilities.
- Familiarity with using technology in the classroom.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
