Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and colleagues to develop and enhance the Mathematics curriculum.
- Create and implement engaging teaching resources and assessment strategies.
- Promote a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student interest and enjoyment of Mathematics.
- Contribute to the delivery of pastoral care and extracurricular activities.
- Support the continued improvement of Mathematics teaching and learning across the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience, preferably in a British school.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
Preferred
- Experience in developing and delivering schemes of work.
- Familiarity with British curriculum standards.
- Experience in extracurricular programme development.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching and learning.
