The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to support students across Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and the IB Diploma Programme. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student learning and development within a supportive and innovative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons to students at Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and IB levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback through assessment, recording, and reporting.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the enhancement of maths teaching practices.
- Support students’ pastoral needs and contribute to a positive learning environment.
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events such as sports days and cross-curricular weeks.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay up to date with best practices in maths education.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Maths Teacher with relevant teaching experience.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3, IGCSE, and IB Mathematics.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and pastoral care.
- Legal permission to work in Spain is desirable.
Preferred
- Familiarity with learning platforms such as Firefly, Managebac, and management systems like ISAMS.
- Experience in curriculum development and leadership roles within a school setting.
- Involvement in extra-curricular activities and school events.
