Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Support students in achieving their full potential through engaging and challenging teaching.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s strong record in Maths education.
- Contribute to departmental planning and the development of curriculum resources.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students in line with the school’s values and ethos.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in Maths education.
- Commitment to the school’s Christian values and ethos.
- Ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with ECT (Early Career Teacher) development.
- Experience in leading or contributing to a Maths department.
- Familiarity with teaching Further Maths at A level.
- Experience with Catholic education or a strong understanding of Gospel values.
