Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Years 7 to 13, with a focus on IGCSE and IBDP curricula.
- Act as a Form Tutor, supporting student well-being and academic progress.
- Participate actively in the co-curricular life of the school, including evening and weekend events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the school's academic standards and innovative teaching practices.
- Support the development of students through individualized guidance and pastoral care.
- Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Engage in professional development opportunities offered by the school and the NLCS International family.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
- Experience teaching IGCSE (Cambridge) and IBDP is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
Preferred
- Experience in a British International school or similar educational setting.
- Experience with teaching in an international context.
- Leadership experience or additional responsibilities within a department.
- Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme and IGCSE curriculum.
