Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Years 7 to 13, with a focus on IGCSE and IBDP curricula.
  • Act as a Form Tutor, supporting student well-being and academic progress.
  • Participate actively in the co-curricular life of the school, including evening and weekend events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the school's academic standards and innovative teaching practices.
  • Support the development of students through individualized guidance and pastoral care.
  • Contribute to the school's commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities offered by the school and the NLCS International family.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
  • Experience teaching IGCSE (Cambridge) and IBDP is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
  • Ability to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.

Preferred

  • Experience in a British International school or similar educational setting.
  • Experience with teaching in an international context.
  • Leadership experience or additional responsibilities within a department.
  • Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme and IGCSE curriculum.
