The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Media Studies at AS and A level with a focus on student engagement and achievement.
- Contribute to the co-curricular programme and support the school’s enrichment initiatives.
- Act as a form tutor and promote Media Studies across the school.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the school’s academic standards.
- Deliver lessons that align with the National Curriculum of England and Wales and IGCSE/A level requirements.
- Support student pastoral care and personal development.
- Participate in professional development and school events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Recognised teaching qualification and proven experience in the UK or an international school.
- Proven experience teaching Media Studies at AS and A level.
- Strong command of effective teaching methods and commitment to educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Preferred
- Ability to teach another subject.
- Experience with virtual teaching and blended learning approaches.
- Experience in pastoral care within a secondary school setting.
- Familiarity with the National Curriculum of England and Wales.
