Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first aid and respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Support student wellbeing through proactive communication with staff, parents, and students
  • Manage and maintain medical supplies and equipment in a safe and organised manner
  • Liaise with parents and school staff to ensure the health and safety of all students
  • Collaborate with other professionals to support student health and development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies
  • Provide regular updates and reports on medical incidents and trends

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified in First Aid or willing to train and obtain certification
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, caring approach
  • Experience in providing medical support in an educational setting

Preferred

  • Experience in administering medication and maintaining medical records
  • Previous experience in a school or similar environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in education
