Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Teach French to Key Stages 3 and 4, and Spanish to Key Stage 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 languages being an advantage.
  • Utilize digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
  • Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school's educational vision.
  • Engage in extracurricular activities that promote language learning and cultural awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Modern Foreign Languages.
  • Ability to teach French to Key Stages 3 and 4, and Spanish to Key Stage 4.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and professional growth.
  • Experience in using digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Key Stage 5 languages.
  • Background in educational research or professional development initiatives.
  • Involvement in extracurricular language activities or cultural exchanges.
