The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Spanish and French to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that promote student achievement and confidence in language learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and support whole-school initiatives.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement and attainment.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.
- Engage with students, parents, and the wider community to support student learning and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide events.
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in teaching MFL (Spanish and French).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and write fluent English.
- Experience in delivering lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Commitment to raising standards and promoting student success.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching both Spanish and French.
- Familiarity with project-based learning and collaborative teaching approaches.
- Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and student support strategies.
