Key Responsibilities:

Support children in a Montessori environment to foster independence and curiosity
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that align with Montessori principles
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to child development
Monitor and record children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and social interaction

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Full and relevant Montessori qualification such as Montessori Diploma Level 4, Mont, or QTS
Proven ability to work with young children in a Montessori setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example

Preferred

Experience working in a private day nursery, school, or Montessori setting
Passion for early years education and child development
Commitment to continuous professional development

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from £25,500 to £30,000
