Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance music provision across the school.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students where appropriate.
- Stay up to date with developments in music education and incorporate new ideas into teaching practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in music education.
- Strong subject knowledge in music theory and practice.
- Experience in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons to students of all abilities.
- Commitment to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school improvement.
Preferred
- Experience in leading extracurricular music activities or ensembles.
- Familiarity with music technology and digital resources.
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language or working with diverse student populations.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a school setting.
