The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our team and support young children in a stimulating and caring environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and committed to delivering high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2+.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and assessment of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children through effective safeguarding practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and positive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support children’s learning and development.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children aged 2+ in an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Preferred

  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting with a focus on holistic development.
  • Familiarity with inclusive practices and supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Experience with teaching and learning strategies for young children.
