Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality early years education based on the British Curriculum (EYFS)
Create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children
Monitor and support children’s progress through regular assessments and observations
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's development
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching practices
Promote positive behavior and social skills through play and structured activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or UK qualification (CACHE Level 3 / equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in EYFS or British Curriculum
Native English speaker with strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in a nursery or early years setting in the UAE
UK teaching experience
Familiarity with child development theories and best practices in early education
