Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education based on the British Curriculum (EYFS)
  • Create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children
  • Monitor and support children’s progress through regular assessments and observations
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality teaching practices
  • Promote positive behavior and social skills through play and structured activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or UK qualification (CACHE Level 3 / equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in EYFS or British Curriculum
  • Native English speaker with strong communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting in the UAE
  • UK teaching experience
  • Familiarity with child development theories and best practices in early education
