Office Administrator SENDCo Support role with a focus on SEND administration and support.

The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic school office team as an Office Administrator with a SENDCo Support portfolio. You will provide essential administrative support to the Head of Inclusion, ensuring efficient and compliant SEND processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, impactful, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative support across the school
- Maintain accurate and secure records and databases in line with GDPR standards
- Support the Head of Inclusion with SEND administrative tasks, including Annual Reviews and EHCP documentation
- Coordinate communication with parents, carers, local authorities, and external professionals
- Organise and support SEND meetings and reviews
- Work flexibly across multiple school campuses to ensure consistent administrative cover
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Previous experience in a school office or educational administration role
- Strong organisational and IT skills, including confident use of databases and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Commitment to inclusive practice and supporting the school’s ethos
Preferred
- Understanding of SEND administration and statutory processes, including EHCPs and Annual Reviews
- Experience working in a SEN or specialist school environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £22,000 and £30,000 per annum
- 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
