The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and support the administration team in delivering efficient and effective processes that align with the school's mission. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the school’s commitment to providing a high-quality educational experience for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions across the school.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of high-performing, flexible, and effective administrative processes.
  • Work closely with senior staff and other departments to ensure alignment with the school’s values and vision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all school policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

  • Assist in the planning and organisation of school events and activities.
  • Monitor and report on administrative performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with school operations and educational environments.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school setting, particularly in a leadership role.
