The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized PA to Headteacher and Office Manager to provide exceptional support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the school and maintaining a high standard of administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and communications across the school.
  • Support the efficient operation of the school office, including managing correspondence and documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment policies.
  • Support the Headteacher in the management of the school’s operational and strategic priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a PA or Office Manager in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing sensitive information and records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a school with a high-performing culture.
  • Familiarity with educational policies and procedures.
  • Experience with school leadership teams and executive support.
  • Knowledge of school management systems and software.
