The Opportunity:

As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to pupils, teachers, and the school community. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that helps students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils, teachers, and the school in raising standards of achievement.
  • Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of pupils in all aspects of school life.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and duties as directed by the Headteacher.
  • Use ICT tools effectively, including Google Suite, Word, and Publisher.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the school through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Support the use of school Management Information Systems such as SIMs or RM Integris.
  • Communicate and interact positively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A-C grades in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools such as Google Suite, Word, and Publisher.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Friendly, flexible, hardworking, and passionate about education.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience using a school Management Information System (e.g., SIMs, RM Integris).

Preferred

  • Fluency in Bengali.
