Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, communicative Mandarin lessons tailored to non-native learners.
  • Foster student well-being and support social-emotional development in all aspects of teaching.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a rigorous, skills-based thematic curriculum.
  • Promote a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges in the classroom.
  • Encourage curiosity, engagement, and lifelong learning in students.
  • Personalize lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Support students in developing confidence and competence in Mandarin.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A strong passion for teaching Mandarin and language learning.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, communicative lessons.
  • Commitment to student well-being and social-emotional development.
  • Experience working with non-native learners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
