Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality PE lessons to students across all key stages
  • Organise and lead a wide range of extra-curricular sporting activities and fixtures
  • Work collaboratively with the PE Faculty to develop student learning and drive results
  • Inspire students to be active, healthy, and engaged in sport
  • Support the school’s commitment to excellence in teaching and learning
  • Maintain and develop the school’s state-of-the-art PE facilities
  • Act as a role model in sport and promote a positive, healthy lifestyle
  • Contribute to the wider school community through teamwork and leadership

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in PE
  • Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
  • Experience in delivering PE across key stages

Preferred

  • Experience in leading extracurricular sporting activities
  • Experience with sports development or coaching
  • Experience working in a high-performing school environment
  • Experience with safeguarding and promoting student welfare
  • First-Class Honours degree or equivalent
