The Opportunity:

As a People Advisor, you will be a key member of a dynamic HR team, providing expert guidance on employee relations and leading strategic HR projects. Your work will shape a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment law across a large and growing network of schools and nurseries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support managers and employees with complex employee relations matters
  • Lead and manage key strategic HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to all levels of the organisation
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to deliver HR strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a similar HR or People Advisor role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution

Preferred

  • Experience working in the education sector
  • Knowledge of managing large-scale HR projects
  • Experience with HR software and systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of Christian values and ethos
