Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality physical education lessons aligned with the UK curriculum.
- Support students in achieving academic success in GCSE and A Level qualifications.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and sports programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Participate in staff development and training initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and possess QTS certification.
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a UK curriculum school.
- Proven ability to teach GCSE and A Level physical education.
- Commitment to the school's mission and values, including participation in extracurricular activities.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to sports and physical education programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience with student wellbeing and pastoral care.
