Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality Physical Education experience for all students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
- Stay up to date with best practices in Physical Education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities to enhance professional growth.
- Promote a culture of health, fitness, and teamwork among students.
- Work closely with other departments to support the overall educational goals of the school.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A valid teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed./M.Ed./Lehramt or PGCE).
- Proven experience in teaching Physical Education at the primary and secondary levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to student welfare and development.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative when needed.
Preferred
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
- Background in managing extra-curricular sports programmes.
- Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and support for students with diverse needs.
- Fluency in German or willingness to learn.
