Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum, ensuring student success and engagement.
  • Support and assess student progress using innovative teaching strategies and regular assessments.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Participate in co-curricular activities, including sports, academic competitions, and creative clubs.

  • Stay current with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching in KS2 to 5 within a UK or British-curriculum school
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in an international education setting
  • Proven record of student success and engagement
  • Strong commitment to student-centred, inquiry-based learning
  • Familiarity with Cambridge International Curriculum standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environment

Preferred

  • Experience with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular programmes
  • Passion for fostering creativity, confidence, and responsibility in students
  • Experience in a diverse, international school setting
