Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Physical Education lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum and Cambridge IGCSE.
- Support students in their personal development through pastoral tutoring and personalized learning strategies.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular program by leading and participating in sports and events.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Support the House system by assisting with competitions and events.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to help students achieve their full potential.
- Participate in the school’s Continuing Professional Development Programme.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages student well-being and achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Recognised teaching qualifications.
- Experience using the English National Curriculum in Physical Education.
- Knowledge of teaching Cambridge IGCSE Physical Education.
- A commitment to ongoing personal development and growth.
- A passionate, caring, and team-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Experience with personalised learning and assessment strategies.
- Experience with the House system and extracurricular program delivery.
- Experience in pastoral tutoring or student support roles.
