Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Physics lessons to students at both GCSE and A Level
- Develop and implement engaging and innovative teaching strategies
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continued improvement
- Support students in achieving their full potential through personalized guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
- Participate in the planning and delivery of extracurricular activities related to Physics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and attendance
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through active involvement in staff and student events
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified Physics Teacher with relevant experience
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics at both GCSE and A Level
- Proven ability to deliver effective and engaging lessons
- Commitment to student achievement and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Experience in teaching within a large, comprehensive school setting
- Experience with behaviour management strategies
- Familiarity with research-based approaches to teaching and learning
- Experience with CPD and staff development initiatives
- Ability to contribute to the development of the Faculty and school community
