As a Pre-University Manager / Supervisor, you will play a key role in fostering community engagement and supporting student and family involvement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the school’s culture, lead events, and develop impactful programmes that promote well-being and international mindedness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Organise and lead events that enhance school culture and community participation.
- Develop and implement programmes that support student engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create initiatives that reflect the school’s values.
- Promote an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
- Support communication efforts to keep families informed and involved.
- Provide leadership and guidance in community engagement strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s ethos and international mindedness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant role within a reputable organisation
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
- Inter-cultural awareness and a passion for fostering inclusive school communities
Preferred
- Background in education, communications, or community engagement
- Experience with the IB programme
- Creativity and initiative in developing community engagement strategies
