As a Premises Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and security of all school sites. This position supports the overall site management and ensures that all facilities are in optimal condition for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain school sites in a safe, clean, and secure condition.
- Assist premises and facilities staff with routine maintenance tasks.
- Support the management of school buildings and grounds as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the organization and execution of school events and activities.
- Perform general cleaning and tidying duties across all school areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Support the implementation of school policies related to premises management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in facilities or premises management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills with colleagues and students.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
