Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum for England

  • Support students through individualized learning and pastoral care
  • Participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the wider school community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student outcomes

  • Stay up to date with educational trends and professional development opportunities

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education or relevant degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
  • Experience teaching within the National Curriculum for England
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to the school values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness

Preferred

  • Experience in international education or teaching in a multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with computational thinking and innovative teaching methods
  • Experience with extra-curricular programme development or delivery
