Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Key Stages 1 and 2.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans aligned with the English National Curriculum.
- Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to support student progress.
- Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and staff meetings.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and school outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching primary school students, with a focus on Key Stages 1 and 2.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Experience with the English National Curriculum or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to personalize learning and support student independence.
- Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or school leadership roles.
