The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized language support that enables students to thrive academically and socially.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes well-being and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a rigorous, thematic, skills-based curriculum that is engaging and challenging.
- Support students in developing fluency in English while respecting and sustaining their home languages and cultural identities.

- Participate in student-led initiatives and community events that promote inclusivity and cultural awareness.
- Provide individualized support to students and work closely with parents and other staff members to ensure student success.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in EAL or bilingual education.
- Proven ability to deliver a thematic, skills-based curriculum that is engaging and inclusive.
- Strong commitment to student well-being and social-emotional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international school environment.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching English as a second language in a multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with international curricula such as IGCSE or IB.
- Experience in sustainability education or leadership programs.
- Knowledge of global education trends and intercultural competencies.
