Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English lessons in line with a Cambridge/British blended curriculum.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging teaching strategies that promote holistic learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Support student progress through individualized learning and regular assessment.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s educational programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in British-style primary education.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Willingness to engage in the school’s extracurricular programs.
Preferred
- Experience with the Cambridge International curriculum.
- Background in the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Scheme.
- Experience in a multicultural or international educational setting.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with blended learning approaches.
