Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the UK-IGCSE curriculum

  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best approaches
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student development

  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in primary/elementary/childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans tailored to student needs

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the UK-IGCSE curriculum
  • Experience in creating inclusive and supportive classroom environments
