Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans tailored to the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote inclusion and cater to a range of learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing detailed feedback to support growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and teaching certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in primary education, preferably in an inclusive or special needs setting.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred

  • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework or similar curricula.
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as French or German.
  • Experience in a bilingual or multilingual educational environment.
  • Familiarity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education.
  • Experience working in an international school setting.
