The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Inclusion Teacher to join our dedicated team. This role is central to delivering a high-quality, inclusive education that supports the academic and personal growth of all students. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of primary students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure academic success.
  • Work closely with parents and other professionals to support the holistic development of students.
  • Implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and social development of all learners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance and progress.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
  • Contribute to the school’s mission of fostering a community where every child can belong, believe, and become.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Primary Inclusion Teacher with appropriate SEN and teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed. and/or PGCE).
  • Proven experience teaching in the Primary classroom with a focus on inclusion.
  • Strong knowledge of The National Curriculum for England and Wales and its associated assessment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on pastoral care and student support.
  • Ability to identify and address safeguarding concerns.
  • Availability to join in August 2026.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading or supporting inclusion initiatives within a school setting.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes through inclusive teaching strategies.
  • Familiarity with British curriculum schools and international education standards.
