Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and community initiatives to enhance the school experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into classroom practice.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A Bachelor of Education in Primary Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification).
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 in the National Curriculum for England.
  • Exemplary teaching practice and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience working in an international school setting.
  • Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Experience with extra-curricular and community-based initiatives.
