Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and sustainable teaching practices.

- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in students.
- Promote and model sustainable values within the school community.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A Bachelor of Primary Education or a relevant degree with PGCE or PGDE (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 in the National Curriculum for England
- Strong interest in career development, leadership, and sustainability
- Excellent IT and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and parents
Preferred
- Experience with innovative teaching methods and technology integration
- Background in sustainability or environmental education
- Leadership experience or interest in taking on leadership roles within the school
